The captioned programme was organised by National Bank Staff College from 13 to 15 December 2015, wherein 8 GMs from different ROs participated.
While inaugurating the programme Shri Munish, Principal stated that the programme was arranged to impart necessary knowledge in dealing with the disciplinary cases and following the stipulated procedures and the principles of natural justice.
Shri Damodar Kamath, Principal Karnataka Bank Staff Training College, Mangalore, a seasoned banker, who has very good experience in this field handled the sessions on Principles of Natural Justice, dealing with disciplinary action cases under special circumstances etc. Shri N J Nampoothiri, CVO discussed various issues related to vigilance.
Shri M K Mudgal, CGM HRMD along with HRMD & Legal Teams, while interacting with the participants, advised them to be more careful and follow the stipulated procedures scrupulously.
Dr D V Deshpande, Director, BIRD, also addressed the participants.
